St Patrick's Festival Ireland - On a Budget!!!

Thinking of visiting Ireland during March with your group? You’ve certainly made the right choice!! Ireland is one of best places for groups to visit during March and let us remind you why! ST PATRICK'S  FESTIVAL is in March!!!

Whats so cool about the St Patricks Festival??

The St Patrick’s Festival is the time of year when us Irish tend to forget all of our troubles (Recession, mortgages, diets etc etc) and remind ourselves just how lucky and proud we are to be Irish.
It’s a time of year were we see no shame in donning a giant Leprechaun hat, paint shamrocks on our cheeks, sing our favourite Irish melodies and think we can all dance the Riverdance..just as well as Michael Flatley can!! Of course all of this comes after we drink a few pints of world famous Irish Guinness which has been dyed green specifically for the festivities!

St Patricks Festival 2010 & hostel accommodation for your group!
2010 is set to bring an exciting Paddy’s festival with days of fun filled craic (fun) and shenanigans!
If you are looking for a cheap accommodation option for your group during the St Patricks festival in Dublin or Cork - then you have come to the right place!! We have tons of great offers for groups in our hostels! Check out our Dublin & Cork Hostels now! Contact Louise and she will sort out a great offer for your group!

Looking for fun things for your group to do during St Paddy’s weekend?
We have picked out some things your group have to do on a budget during the St Paddys festival!!
1) Stay in a centrally located Celtic Hostel – we can guarantee you will be in walking distance of all the best craic in town! All of our hostel's staff are great fun and will be able to show you the best spots in town to enjoy the St Paddy’s festvial!

2) Keep it traditional and book your groups meals in a traditional Irish restaurant – we can book discounted meals for your group in an Irish restaurant located close to all of our Celtic hostels. We suggest you try the traditional Irish Stew on St Patrick's day - to keep in true Irish Spirit!  If your group want a fun Irish experience– why not book an Irish music and dancing night with your group meal? We can book it all for you!

3) Head on in to the St Paddy’s day parade. Your group will be entertained for two hours for FREE!!. Check out real Irish talent as the parade moves through the city centre. Don’t forget – if you are staying in a Celtic Hostel you will be a 10min MAX walk from the St Paddy’s day parade!

4) Check out the many Irish music and dance concerts and workshops being held in Dublin City Centre. For more info: http://www.stpatricksfestival.ie/cms/events.html. For groups looking to stay in Cork City Centre all the updated information of the Paddy’s weekend festivities can be found at www.corkstpatricksfestival.ie . Alternatively you can always ask Paddy, the hostel manager of Sheila’s Cork. He love's to answer all of your questions!!

5) Visit Guinness Storehouse – with 250 years under their belt this year – the festivities will be amazing!! Plus groups that are staying in our hostels can book tickets with us at cheaper group rates..... wayhey!!

6) BE IRISH FOR A DAY!! The Causey farm experience is a fun and interactive way for groups to learn about all things Irish!!
